Terms of Service
By using TextCleaner (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- process content you don't have the right to use;
- create unlawful, harmful, hateful, or deceptive content, or attempt to impersonate a real person or organization;
- abuse, overload, scrape, or attempt to circumvent the limits or security of the Service.
Per-run limit
The AI humanizer is limited to 1,000 words per run. You can run it as many times as you like — there is no session or lifetime total. This keeps the free Service usable for everyone. Basic local cleaning is not limited.
No guarantee of AI-detector evasion
TextCleaner is a cleaning and rephrasing tool. It does not guarantee that output will pass any specific AI-detection system, and AI-detection scores it shows are estimates. Detectors change constantly and results vary. Don't rely on the Service to defeat any particular detector.
No warranty
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing output before using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextCleaner and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to use the Service, which for the free tier is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
